FALL 2008 CLASS SCHEDULE


BEGINNING QUILTING 101  Checkerboard Placemat  Learn all the skills
you will need like rotary cutting, 1/4 inch piecing, straight line quilting and binding
 to go onto a larger project.  3 weeks  Wednesday Oct. 22, 29 & Nov. 5  from 6:30 - 8:30 pm
 Fee: $60 which includes the book  Taught by Pandy

BEGINNING QUILTING 101  Paperpiecing  Learn this precise method of piecing
 using paper foundations.  Project is a Christmas coaster.  One session 
Saturday Oct. 18 from 9:30 - noon  Fee: $15 Taught by Sue Friar

HUNTER'S STAR  Use the special ruler to make a complicated pattern easily. 
You will finish at least four blocks in class

. Wednesday Nov. 12  from 6:00 pm - 8:30   Fee: $37 which includes the ruler  Taught by Pandy.

STACK-n-WHACK   An easy way to create quilt blocks with unique kaleidoscope designs.
 We will be making hexagons using the Stack-n-Whack method.

BLOCK OF THE MONTH GROUPS

MARINER'S COMPASS will meet  Oct. 14, Nov. 11 & Dec. 9 at 7 PM.

THIMBLERRIES CLUB will meet Oct. 21 (new kit)  and Nov. 18 at 7 PM.  No December meeting.

AS TIME GOES BY will meet  Oct. 11, Nov. 8 & Dec.13 at  9:30 AM.


CLASS  REGISTRATION  PROCEDURES

Class registration begins immediately. You can register at the store or by calling 672-2004.
Please have the class name and date ready.  Classes must be paid for at the time of registration.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.  Pandy makes a commitment to her teachers one
 week prior to the start of each class.
 Refunds will be made for cancellations ONE WEEK OR MORE ahead of the class starting date.
